Scope

This statement applies to personal information collected by Agora Gas Pty Limited (“Agora Gas”).

Purpose

It is the usual practice for Agora Gas to collect personal information directly from you for the purpose of providing timely information, and, or services (together the “services”) that you request. Personal information may be collected from publicly available sources such as websites, and telephone directories so that the requested services can be delivered. Where personal information is not provided, Agora Gas may not be able to deliver the requested services requested and may reduce the timeliness of the service provision.

Collection

Agora Gas does not collect personal information if you only browse this website, however, Agora Gas may use aggregated data from Google Analytics for the purposes of evaluating website usage gathered by cookies and site trackers. Should you decide not to accept cookies, and, or to block the site tracker, you will still be able to browse the site, but your experience may not be optimised.

Usage

Agora Gas will only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it and for management purposes.

Agora Gas does not make any overseas disclosures and only utilises local information service providers.
